Arbor Realty Trust Inc. on Dec. 12 closed its offering of 6.5 million common shares.

The company received net proceeds of about $90.4 million from the offering. The underwriters also fully exercised their option to buy up to an additional 975,000 common shares.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, JMP Securities LLC and Raymond James & Associates Inc. were underwriters for the offering.
