Report: Deutsche Bank names head of M&A Americas

Deutsche Bank AGpromoted Charlie Dupree to serve as head of M&A in the Americas, The Wall Street Journal reported July 13,citing an internal memo.

Dupree, an investment banker, succeeds Jim Ratigan, who is leaving the bank, according to the report.

In addition, David King is joining Deutsche Bank from to serve as theGerman bank's co-head of technology M&A for the Americas.

King succeeds Lee Counselman, who was named global head of softwarefor a division that manages investment-banking relationships with clients, the Journal reported.
