State Bank Corp. intends to rename its unit Mohave State Bank as State Bank of Arizona.

The Lake Havasu City, Ariz.-based company will keep functioning as Mohave State Bank in Mohave County and Country Bank in Yavapai County, with both operating as divisions of State Bank of Arizona.

The company has also applied to open a full-service branch location in Phoenix later this year. This will be in the same place where the company opened a loan production office in the Camelback/Biltmore neighborhood earlier in 2018.
