Oklo Resources Ltd. appointed Simon O'Loughlin as nonexecutive chairman to replace Michael Fotios, who resigned to attend to other business and personal matters.
O'Loughlin is a founding member of O'Loughlins Lawyers, an Adelaide-based specialist commercial law firm, according to the company's Dec. 24 statement.
Oklo Resources' main assets include the early-stage Dandoko gold project in Mali.
