Genius Properties Ltd. has appointed CEO Jimmy Gravel as the interim president and director of the company, after Frank Guillemette resigned from the positions, effective Sept. 29.

Guillemette intends to pursue activities in his own company, Genius noted in the same-day statement.

The company on Sept. 12 appointed Guillemette as the company's president.
