* Hal Jones is retiring as senior vice president of finance and CFO of Graham Holdings Co., the company said in a Dec. 22 Form 8-K. Wallace Cooney, the company's vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, will succeed Jones.

* Professional Diversity Network Inc. on Dec. 22 announced a new CEO and other management changes, following the closing of its transaction with Cosmic Forward Ltd. Maoji Wang, currently a director of Professional Diversity Network and the CEO of Cosmic Forward, will now serve as CEO of Professional Diversity Network. Katherine Butkevich, the company's former chief executive, will become CEO of Professional Diversity Network unit NAPW Inc. In addition, David Mecklenburger is stepping down as CFO of the company to pursue a new senior executive position. Xin He will serve as the company's interim financial chief.
