A subsidiary of SolarCityCorp. secured a $200 million credit facility under an agreement withCredit Suisse AG — New York branch. The facility matures Dec. 31, 2017, and $150million of the total amount is currently committed.

Borrowings under the facility bear an annual interest equal tothe cost of funds plus an applicable margin of 3.25%, according to a Form 8-K filedApril 6.
