Cetera AdvisorNetworks LLC has recruited Baxter, Minn.-based Cornerstone Advisorsto its brokerage platform.

Cornerstone has eight employees and about $150 million in advisoryand brokerage assets as of July 20.

The firm will use Cetera's AdvisorNet Financial services forcompliance management and other back-office needs.
