Kelly previously worked as a portfolio manager and underwriter for credit and financial products at Tokio Millennium Re.

Meryl Hartzband was appointed to the board of Everest Re Group Ltd.
She will serve as a member of the audit, compensation and nominating & governance committees.
Hartzband was a founding partner of Stone Point Capital LLC, where she also served as chief investment officer.
Palomar Holdings Inc. appointed Catriona Fallon to its board of directors, effective May 21.
Fallon is CFO of Hitachi Vantara Corp., a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd.
Barbican Group Holdings Ltd.'s head of international casualty reinsurance, Tim Mackenzie, is reportedly leaving for a position at Canopius AG, The Insurance Insider reported.
Clive Archer, formerly class underwriter for casualty treaty at Vibe Syndicate Management, will be replacing Mackenzie at Barbican, sources told the publication.
