Private equity firm Graycliff Partners LP exited its investment in Charlotte, N.C.-based specialty chemicals provider HarperLove Inc.

Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Piper Jaffray & Co. was the exclusive financial adviser to Graycliff Partners and HarperLove on the sale.

Graycliff initially acquired HarperLove in 2014.
