South Korea-based NongHyup Financial Group Inc. issued 219 billion won of hybrid securities, Money Today reported June 4.
The issuance carries a coupon of 3.977%, with institutional investors placing bids worth 272 billion won, the company said.
The company expects a 16-basis-point increase in its Bank of International Settlements capital ratio after the issuance.
As of June 1, US$1 was equivalent to 1,073.29 South Korean won.
