Kevin Yepsen stepped down as president and CEO of Galva, Ill.-based Community State Bank to focus his attention on the bank's holding company, Galva Investment Inc., Galva News reported Oct. 4.

Yepsen is succeeded by Tim Nimrick as president and Luke Hawkins as CEO, according to the report.

Nimrick has been serving as a vice president at the bank since 2009. Hawkins, who has been with the bank since 2006, has been serving as its CFO for the past nine years, Galva News wrote.
