Altarea Cogedim acquired the remaining capital it did not own in urban building renovation and rebuilding specialist Histoire & Patrimoine.

France-based diversified property company Altarea Cogedim bought 55% of Histoire & Patrimoine's capital in June 2014.

The acquisition of the remaining capital was completed July 17, and the company will be completely consolidated from the second half, with its sales performance incorporated into the residential property development division.
