Wilmington, Del.-based Wilmington Trust NA promoted Lauren Mance to the newly created position of investment leader for its institutional client services business.

Mance joined the bank in 2018 as vice president, business planning and analytics, and product owner of the wealth management adviser experience.

M&T Bank Corp. is the parent company of Wilmington Trust.


Paris, Ky.-based Kentucky Bancshares Inc. added Shannon Arvin to its board and that of unit Kentucky Bank, effective Dec. 18.


Bryn Mawr, Pa.-based Bryn Mawr Trust Co. hired Mike Stevens as senior vice president and commercial banking team lead.

Stevens most recently served as a vice president of commercial lending for BB&T.

Bryn Mawr Bank Corp. is the parent company of Bryn Mawr Trust.


Montreal-based Bank of Montreal named Sri Dronamraju as chief information security officer, effective Jan. 6, 2020.

Dronamraju replaces Aman Raheja, who is leaving the bank Jan. 10, 2020, to pursue other opportunities.


Columbus, Ohio-based Huntington Bancshares Inc. added Alanna Cotton to its board.

Cotton serves as senior vice president and general manager for product marketing at Samsung Electronics America Inc.


Warsaw, N.Y.-based Five Star Bank hired W. Jack Plants II as senior vice president and corporate treasurer.

Plants most recently was senior vice president and treasurer at United Bank.

Financial Institutions Inc. is the parent company of Five Star Bank.


Moorefield, W.Va.-based Summit Financial Group Inc. added Ronald Bowling to its board and to that of its unit Summit Community Bank Inc., effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Bowling is the former president and CEO of Peoples Bankshares Inc.


Amesbury, Mass.-based Provident Bancorp Inc. added Barbara Piette to its board.

Piette is expected to join the audit committee.


Southfield, Mich.-based Sterling Bancorp Inc. appointed Peggy Daitch to its board, effective Dec. 17. Daitch, who has more than 40 years of experience as a marketing and advertising executive, replaces Tom Minielly who resigned from the board for personal reasons.


Dunmore, Pa.-based Fidelity D & D Bancorp Inc. appointed William Joyce Sr. to its board and to that of its unit Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Joyce will serve as a class B director until the 2020 annual shareholders meeting.


Honolulu-based Bank of Hawaii hired Christopher Abbott as vice president and affordable housing manager, Christie Trenholme as vice president and corporate counsel, and Gary Trepte vice president and commercial credit group manager.

Additionally, Vice President Steve Araki was promoted to senior vice president and director of IT infrastructure operations.

Bank of Hawaii Corp. is the parent company of Bank of Hawaii.


San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co. appointed Charles Peck, Head of Public Finance for Wells' corporate and investment bank, to the bank's public affairs unit's leadership team, Bloomberg News reported.

Peck was added on an interim basis to provide assistance with planning and "critical projects."

Additionally, David Moskowitz, who led the bank's government relations and public policy group, is set to leave, due to personal reasons.

Financial services

MFA Financial Inc. added Lisa Polsky to its board, effective Jan. 1, 2020. Polsky previously was a senior risk adviser to AQR Capital Management LLC and Ultra Capital LLC.

Additionally, director Richard Byrne resigned from the board, effective Dec. 31.


Raymond James Financial Inc. executive officer Jeffrey Trocin is set to retire from his position and from its executive committee, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Trocin is expected to continue to serve as vice chairman for a period of time.


AG Mortgage Investment Trust Inc. appointed Controller Alison Halpern to be chief accounting officer, effective Dec. 13, 2019.


Guidewire Software Inc. Director Clifton Weatherford is set to retire from the company's board and the audit and business opportunities committees, effective Dec. 18.
