DCB Bank issues Tier 2 bonds

DCB BankLtd. said April 2 that it issued and allotted Basel III-compliantTier 2 bonds worth 866 million Indian rupees on a private placement basis.

The Tier 2 capital bonds carry a face value of 1 million rupeeseach, with an annual interest rate of 10.25% for a period of 121 months fromMarch 31.

As of April 4, US$1was equivalent to 66.05 Indian rupees.
