Partha Sengupta was appointed CEO and a whole-time director of Taraashna Financial Services Ltd., effective Oct. 14.

The appointment is subject to necessary approvals, according to a same-day release.

Taraashna Financial Services, a unit of India's Satin Creditcare Network Ltd., was previously known as Taraashna Services Ltd.
