Sampo issues €500M in international bonds

Sampo Oyj issued international bonds totaling €500 million, Cbonds reported.

The notes were sold at par and mature May 23, 2049. They comprise an issuance of fixed- to floating-rate Tier 2 subordinated debt, Moody's said in rating the notes Baa1(hyb) on May 10.

Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Nordea served as book runners for the deal.
