CousinsProperties Inc. said March 30 that it will develop 's new229,000-square-foot regional headquarters building in Charlotte, N.C.

In July 2015, Dimensional announced plans to open its EastCoast regional headquarters in Charlotte.

Cousins and Dimensional formed a 50/50 partnership todevelop the regional headquarters building. Dimensional also signed a 15-yearlease to take 100% of the office space.

Construction is expected to start in the fourth quarter, anddelivery is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2018.
