Oklo Resources granted main permit over Kandiole gold project in Mali

Oklo Resources Ltd. was granted a 100-square-kilometer permit over the Kandiole gold project in western Mali.

The permit is located within 10 kilometers of B2Gold Corp.'s operating Fekola gold mine in Mali and IAMGOLD Corp.'s Boto gold project in Senegal.

The project covers a total 110 square kilometers. A smaller 10-square-kilometer permit is pending approval.

Oklo said Oct. 16 that it will issue 791,557 shares in the company to project vendor Sarama Investments Ltd. to complete the transaction.
