DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. said Dec. 15 that it changed its name to Fengro Industries Corp., to take effect Dec. 18 along with a new FGR stock ticker.

The company also reported that it agreed with Tembo Capital Mining Fund LP to further extend the maturity of a convertible loan to March 31, 2018.

DuSolo secured a C$750,000 loan from Tembo Capital in early October 2015, with a one-year extension granted in December 2016.
