Alliance Pharma PLC has appointed Jo Le Couilliard and Richard Jones as nonexecutive directors to the board, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

Le Couilliard has served as a nonexecutive director of Circassia Pharmaceuticals PLC since Feb. 13. She was also senior vice president, global commercial transformation at GlaxoSmithKline PLC. In addition, she served as a nonexecutive director of the Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Jones is CFO of Mereo BioPharma Group PLC, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Previously, he was CFO of Shield Therapeutics PLC, a specialty pharmaceutical company.

Chippenham, U.K.-based Alliance Pharma operates as a specialty pharmaceutical company.
