Fitch: Federal International Finance to issue 3.5 trillion rupiah of bonds

Indonesia-based PT Federal International Finance plans to raise up to 3.5 trillion Indonesian rupiah through the issuance of unsecured bonds under its senior bond program, Fitch Ratings said Feb. 26.

The rating agency said the company plans to issue bonds with maturities of 370 days and 36 months.

The company will use proceeds from the issuance to support its business expansion.

As of Feb. 26, US$1 was equivalent to 13,661 Indonesian rupiah.
