Kingfisher completes share repurchase program

U.K.-based retailer Kingfisher PLC on Dec. 18 said it completed the £50 million share repurchase program it announced Nov. 21.

In total, Kingfisher bought back 21,201,167 of its common shares for a total consideration of approximately £50 million.

The conclusion of the £50 million share repurchase program completes the company's £600 million buyback plan started in January 2016.
