Golden Leaf CEO to step down; replacement named

Golden Leaf Holdings Ltd. said CEO and President William Simpson will step down from the positions but will remain with the company.

The Toronto, Canada-based cannabis company appointed William Kulczycki as CEO and president.

Golden Leaf said Simpson will assist Kulczycki and the board on a full-time basis in running the company in his capacity as founder and a board observer.

Kulczycki worked for 28 years as vice president of Patagonia Inc., where he was responsible for global sales and marketing as well as product development.
