Bayonne,N.J.-based BCB CommunityBank, a subsidiary of BCB Bancorp Inc., opened a branch in Edison, N.J. Thebranch is the bank's 18th full-service location, according to a July 21news release.

OrangeBank & Trust Co., a division of Orange County Trust Co., opened a branch at 7 W. CrossSt. in Hawthorne, N.Y. The branch is Orange Bank & Trust's secondfull-service branch in Westchester County, according to a July 25 .

Mansfield, Pa.-based receivedapproval from the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities to open abranch at 740 East Main St. in Mount Joy, Pa., according to the regulator'ssummary of activities. The bank is a subsidiary of Citizens Financial Services Inc.

Westminster Savings Credit Union moved into its corporatecenter in the Central City Office Tower at Suite 1900 – 13450 102 Ave. inSurrey, Canada. The new corporate center houses more than 130 employees whopreviously worked at various administration offices in New Westminster and PittMeadows.

The credit union is set to open three branches by2017, two of them in Surrey, according to a news release.
