Pembina closes C$345M bought deal offering

has closed its boughtdeal offering of 10,148,750 common shares at C$34 per share, which yielded aggregategross proceeds of about C$345 million, according to a March 29 news release.

The total amountof shares includes 1,323,750 common shares issued at the same price as underwritersexercised their overallotment option in full, Pembina said in the release.

The net proceedswould be combined with funds available under Pembina's existing credit facilitiesto help finance its C$556 million plannedacquisition of natural gas processing assets from Paramount Resources Ltd.
