Citizens Financial Group reveals pricing of senior unsecured notes

Providence,R.I.-based Citizens Financial GroupInc. revealed the pricing of an offering of $350 million aggregate principalamount of 2.375% senior unsecurednotes due July 28, 2021.

The issue pricefor the notes is 99.948%, with proceeds from the offering and available cash setto be used to repurchase $500 million of the company's subordinated notes — $334million of 4.082% subordinated notes due 2025 and $166 million of 4.023% subordinatednotes due 2024 — held by Royal Bankof Scotland Group Plc; Citizens Financial intends to retire the notes.

The offeringends July 28.
