Accenture PLC agreed to buy Symantec's cybersecurity services business from Broadcom Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
The deal is expected to help Accenture Security provide services for global businesses to detect and manage cyber threats.
The transaction is expected to be completed in March 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
