Realty Income prices $600M senior notes offering

Realty IncomeCorp.'s notes offering priced at 98.671% of the principal amount foran effective yield to maturity of 3.153%.

The offering of $600 million of 3.00% senior unsecured notesdue 2027 is anticipated to close Oct. 12.

Realty Income will use the net proceeds mainly to repayborrowings outstanding under its $2.0 billion revolving credit . Any remaining fundswill go toward potential investment opportunities and other general corporatepurposes.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., BNYMellon Capital Markets LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co., U.S. Bancorp InvestmentsInc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc.,Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Regions Securities LLC,UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint book-runningmanagers.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Mizuho Securities USAInc. are the co-lead managers, with BB&T Capital Markets, MUFG SecuritiesAmericas Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC and Stifel Nicolaus & Co.
