The offering of $600 million of 3.00% senior unsecured notesdue 2027 is anticipated to close Oct. 12.
Realty Income will use the net proceeds mainly to repayborrowings outstanding under its $2.0 billion revolving credit . Any remaining fundswill go toward potential investment opportunities and other general corporatepurposes.
