Cherry Hill Mortgage faces NYSE delisting

Cherry HillMortgage Investment Corp. board member Jonathan Kislak resignedfrom the board and three committees effective Sept. 19.

He was a member and chairman of the audit committee as well asa member of the nominating and corporate governance committee and thecompensation committee.

Kislak's resignation triggered Cherry Hill Mortgage'snoncompliance with the New York Stock Exchange's listed company rules.

Joseph Murin, a member of the board and the audit committee,will act as interim audit committee financial expert. The board intends toappoint a third independent director to the board and the audit committee assoon as practicable.
