Westpac New Zealand Ltd. issued €1 billion of series 2017-1 mortgage-covered bonds under its mortgage-covered bond program, Moody's said April 7.

The bonds were issued through the London branch of Westpac Securities New Zealand Ltd.

Westpac New Zealand and Westpac Securities New Zealand are units of Westpac Banking Corp.
