Banco Cetelem Argentina adds new general manager to board

Banco Cetelem Argentina SA said that its shareholders tapped Ramón Martínez Ribeiro Neto, the company's newly installed general manager, to also serve as a director and vice chairman of the board.

The appointment follows the resignation of Franck Laurent Roland Wilfried Vignard Rosez from his post as chairman and director in late November.

Martínez Ribeiro Neto was selected to serve as Banco Cetelem's general manager following the resignation of Juan Gutierrez on Oct. 31.
