Montage Partners invests in water-filtration maker Puroflux

Private equity firm Montage Partners Inc. invested an undisclosed amount in commercial and industrial water-filtration maker Puroflux Corp.

The transaction, which closed Sept. 26, was in partnership with the manufacturer's management, led by Dennis Jamison, Puroflux's vice president of sales and shareholder, alongside Kevin Carter and Neil Diorio.

Henry Greenberg, co-founder, president and board member of Puroflux, will remain at the helm, together with Jamison, Carter and Diorio.

Levinson Arshonsky & Kurtz LLP was legal adviser to Puroflux, while Snell & Wilmer LLP was legal adviser to Montage Partners.

The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based firm targets established companies in the western U.S.
