Report: Normandy, partners selling NYC office tower for $650M-plus

Joint venture partners Normandy Real Estate Partners LLC, Angelo Gordon & Co. LP and George Comfort & Sons Inc. are looking to sell the 35-story office property at 575 Lexington Ave. in New York City for more than $650 million, Commercial Observer reported, citing a source familiar with the sale.

Tenants at the 745,500-square-foot property include Weill Cornell Medical College, WeWork Cos. Inc. and the New York Sports Club.

A spokesperson for Cushman & Wakefield, which is marketing the property, did not comment, according to the publication.
