Credit Saison Co.Ltd. appointed Kazutoshi Ono and Kazue Yasumori directors on its board.

Ono is chief technology officer in charge of the digital innovation division, while Yasumori is general manager of the company's credit division and strategic human resources department.

The appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the company's general meeting on June 20.

In addition, Teruyuki Maekawa and Kazuhiro Hirase resigned as directors, effective March 1 and April 15, respectively.
