Accentro buys, sells €79M of German resi assets

Accentro Real Estate AG acquired and offloaded approximately €79 million worth of residential properties in Germany.

The company sold an eight-asset portfolio comprising 259 residential units in southeast Berlin to a family office for roughly €43.8 million.

Meanwhile, Accentro paid a sum of €35.3 million for 240 residential units in the Berlin boroughs of Mitte and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, as well as in Hanover, according to a company release.
