Indonesia's PT Bank Victoria International Tbk plans to launch two bond issuances, of up to 300 billion rupiah and up to 350 billion rupiah, IDNFinancials reported May 28, citing a stock exchange filing.
The first series will carry a rate of 9.70%, with a tenor of three years, while the second will carry a rate of 10.30% with a tenor of five years, starting June 5. The bonds will be issued May 31.
The company's management said funds raised will be used to increase credit.
As of May 28, US$1 was equivalent to 13,985 Indonesian rupiah.
