Compañía Financiera Argentina approves bond issuance worth 1B pesos

The board of Compañía Financiera Argentina SA approved the issuance of simple, negotiable obligations for up to 1.00 billion Argentine pesos, the company said in a filing.

The company did not specify the terms of the issuance.

The issuance is part of the company's global program for the issuance of simple, negotiable obligations worth $250.0 million.

As of Dec. 21, US$1 was equivalent to 17.91 Argentine pesos.
