Members of Canada Safeway Ltd. Employees Savings & Credit Union, or Safeway Credit Union, on Feb. 13 voted in favor of the credit union's merger into Alberta, Canada-based Servus Credit Union Ltd.

The merger is expected to be completed on June 1, subject to the approvals of the provincial regulator and the Minister of Finance.
