ViacomCBS Inc. announced plans to reorganize ViacomCBS Networks International and reshuffle some of the roles within the organization.
Under the new strategy, the international networks division will have two brand groups and three pan-regional management hubs, which will all report directly to ViacomCBS Networks International President and CEO David Lynn, the company said in a Jan. 14 news release.
Kerry Taylor, MTV International executive vice president and ViacomCBS Networks International U.K. chief marketing officer, has been promoted to executive vice president of VCNI Entertainment and Youth Brands. Taylor will oversee the international operations of MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Network and BET.
Jill Offman, who previously led Comedy Central and Paramount Network internationally, will now be in charge of the company's international studio business as ViacomCBS International Studios U.K. executive vice president.
Jules Borkent has been promoted to executive vice president at VCNI Kids and Family.
Raffaele Annecchino, president of the division's operations across southern and Western Europe, the Middle East and Africa, will take an additional role and oversee the company's operations in northern and Eastern Europe and key Asian markets.
ViacomCBS also recently promoted JC Acosta to president of ViacomCBS Networks Americas. Acosta will be in charge of the company's operations across Latin America, including Argentina, Brazil and Mexico, as well as in Canada and the U.S. Hispanic market.
Borkent and Acosta replaced Pierluigi Gazzolo, who was promoted to president of studios and OTT for ViacomCBS Networks International.
Meanwhile, VCNI Asia Pacific President and Managing Director Mark Whitehead will step down at the end of January.
