Peninsula Capital to invest in French apparel brand Zadig & Voltaire

Private equity firm Peninsula Capital SARL will acquire a stake in French apparel brand Zadig & Voltaire SAS.

TA Associates (UK) LLP will exit its investment.

Thierry Gillier, chairman and founder of Zadig & Voltaire, will still be the majority owner of the company, while its new CEO, Remy Baume, will join in as a shareholder.

Rothschild, KPMG and PWC were financial advisers, Jeausserand Audouard, White & Case and Latham & Watkins were legal advisers, and Letus Private Office were advisers to shareholders of Zadig & Voltaire.

Deloitte was financial adviser, and Linklaters and Van Campen Liem were legal advisers to Peninsula.
