Cortland, Ohio-based CortlandSavings and Banking Co., a unit of Cortland Bancorp, is transferring its nondeposit investmentservices program to Cortland Private Wealth Management from Cortland InvestmentGroup, according to a Jan. 21 news release.
Cortland Private Wealth Management will offer customers severalwealth management services, including private asset management, financial and estateplanning, and advisory services. Custodial options will include , Charles Schwab Corp. and Fidelity.
The advisory services team, including eight professionals, willbe led by Timothy Clepper, Kelly Kuennen and Daniel Jacoby.
Clepper, who was appointed CEO of the wealth management group,also serves as CEO of Hudson, Ohio-based Ellsworth Private Wealth Management. Kuennencurrently serves as president and senior private wealth manager at Ellsworth Private,while Jacoby serves as chief investment officer of Stratos Wealth Partners, an independent,partner-owned and operated financial services firm, which is facilitating more than150 independent advisers nationwide.
