Isam Kabbani retired as a Textainer Group Holdings Ltd.' board member, effective Nov. 18.

Kabbani was a class II director and had served on the company's board since December 1993. Additionally, Textainer Group unit Textainer Equipment Management Ltd. President and CEO Robert Pedersen announced his retirement, effective March 31, 2017. Textainer Group's board plans to nominate Pedersen as a class III director.

Further, Olivier Ghesquiere, Textainer Group's senior vice president for sales and marketing, will be promoted to executive vice president of leasing, effective Jan. 1, 2017.
