Oaktree Capital affiliate completes sale of STORE Capital stake

A STORE CapitalCorp. stockholder affiliated with Oaktree Capital Management LP completed its of 33,336,144 shares of the company'scommon stock.

Shares were offeredat $25.25 apiece. The stockholder, STORE Holding Co. LLC, no longer owns a stakein STORE Capital.

STORE Capital CEO Christopher Volk, in an April 1 release, thankedOaktree for its support of STORE Capital's "development, growth and evolutionto one of the largest and fastest-growing net-lease REITs in the country."

He added, "With this final and expected sale of shares byour founding institutional shareholder, STORE will continue our orderly transitionto a Board principally comprised of independent members."

Goldman Sachs & Co. was the offering's sole underwriter.
