Host Hotels & Resorts Inc.'s board declared a special dividend of 5 cents per share in addition to a regular quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share.

The total dividends declared for the year amount to 85 cents per share.

The quarterly dividend is payable Jan. 17, 2017, to stockholders on record as of Dec. 30.
