SM Prime prices 10B-Philippine-peso bonds

SM PrimeHoldings Inc. priced 10 billion-Philippine-peso worth of bonds withan interest rate of 4.2005% per year.

This is the first tranche of its registration filedearlier.

The company will issue an aggregate principal amount of 10.0billion pesos of series F bonds that will be offered to investors from July 13to July 19, and will be issued July 26.

BDO Capital & Investment Corp., BPI Capital Corp., ChinaBank Capital Corp. and First Metro Investment Corp. are the joint issuemanagers, joint lead underwriters and joint book runners. East West BankingCorp., PNB Capital and Investment Corp. and United Coconut Planters Bank arethe participating underwriters for the issue.

As of July 12, US$1was equivalent to 47.23 Philippine pesos.
