Italy-based Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA issued international bonds totaling €500 million, Cbonds reported.

The fixed-rate notes mature Jan. 25, 2024, and carry a 1.6% coupon.

Banca IMI served as the sole book runner on the deal.
