Helical Plc tapped Deloitte LLP to replace Grant Thornton UK LLP as its new external auditor, subject to shareholder approval at the July 12 annual general meeting.

The U.K.-focused property investor and developer said Deloitte will audit its accounts for the year ending March 31, 2019.
