Essex Property Trust Inc. Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Investment Officer John Eudy will transition from full- to part-time employment in or around April 2019, at which point the company's senior vice president of investments, Adam Berry, will succeed Eudy as co-chief investment officer.

The outgoing executive will retire Dec. 31, 2020, the multifamily real estate investment trust said.
