Woods Cross, Utah-based Prime Alliance Bank named Michael Ward president and CEO, American Banker reported.

Ward has been on Prime Alliance's board for 14 years. He previously was general counsel and COO at The Color Run LLC.

Ward succeeds Gary Harding, who left the bank to pursue other opportunities, the news outlet reported.
